What file formats can I upload?＋

CSV and Excel files (.xlsx / .xls), up to 10 MB, with one respondent per row.

Do I need any prior knowledge of statistics?＋

No prior knowledge is required. You'll choose whether to look at relationships, differences, or effects, and we'll explain the available tests and key results for your data in plain language.

Is my personal information safe?＋

We remove any column with personal identifiers — names, contact details, and similar — before storing your data, and process only the de-identified data needed for analysis.

Can I get a refund?＋

Before payment, you can review results based on 80% of your sample. Because access to full-dataset analysis is provided immediately after payment, refunds are not available once provision has begun.

Can I use the results directly in my paper?＋

Yes — APA-formatted tables and manuscript-ready result sentences are ready to copy into your paper, and all statistical values are calculated in R.
